‘From Ambition to Reality: achieving your personal career goals’
TNT Link is pleased to invite you to the above International Women of Excellence workshop on 12 September 2011 taking place at the TNT Centre, Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The topic of this workshop is “From Ambition to Reality: achieving your personal career goals”. The pressure is now on companies to help make sure that more women who have the ambition, desire and talent make it to the top. Progress is being made, with many companies and organisations leading the way. Nevertheless climbing the career ladder remains notoriously competitive for both men and women.
This workshop will examine and discuss how individuals can maximise their chances of career advancement and thereby achieving their personal career goals. The workshop facilitators will be Jan Carrington, of JC Corporate Consultancy, and Christine Champion, Director, Acumen Executive Coaching. The interactive sessions will focus on leveraging your unique self and playing to your strengths.
There will be a special presentation by Dan Cohen, Managing Director, Barclays Integrated Account, IBM, on the implementation of a career management plan. The workshop will also include a Q & A session with senior leaders sharing professional development tips and advice for women aspiring to executive positions.
The keynote speaker will be Marie-Christine Lombard, CEO, TNT Express.
